NPQ Senior Leadership with Level 7 Apprenticeship

From this October we are offering a new opportunity to combine a Level 7 Senior Leadership Apprenticeship and with the NPQ Senior Leadership qualification.

The benefits of the combined pathway

• Undertake a single, integrated programme in which the NPQ learning outcomes and the Apprenticeship knowledge, skills and behaviours have been seamlessly mapped
• Gain Senior Leader Apprenticeship and NPQSL
• Extend, deepen and consolidate learning beyond the NPQ framework including through applying learning ‘on-the-job’ and engaging with research
• Widen leadership knowledge and skills to include business, governance and financial planning
