NPQ Leading Teaching

We are currently offering the NPQ Leading Teaching programme, starting in February 2024. This is a 12-month course aimed at teachers early in their career looking to develop their skills and Higher Level Teaching Assistants interested in taking the next step in their teaching journey.

Sessions will take place on the following dates and in-person training will be held at the EMAT Training Hub at Pyramus House, Grange Park, Northampton:

Module 1

• Induction (online) - Monday 12th February, 10am-11am
• In-person - Wednesday 13th March, 9.30am-2.30pm
• Webinar - Wednesday 24th April, 1.30pm-3pm
• Webinar - Wednesday 8th May, 1.30pm-3pm

Module 2

• In-person - Tuesday 2nd July, 9.30am-2.30pm
• Webinar - Wednesday 11th September, 1.30pm-3pm 
• Webinar - Wednesday 25th September, 1.30pm-3pm

Module 3

• In-person - Wednesday 20th November, 9.30am-2.30pm
• Webinar - Wednesday 11th December, 1.30pm-3pm
