NPQ Executive Leadership

The NPQ Executive Leadership programme supports school leaders who are, or are aspiring to be, an executive headteacher or have a school trust CEO role with responsibility for leading several schools.

Delegates will develop the knowledge and skills to make evidence-informed decisions about senior leadership, building confidence to lead and support others to develop their practice and implement sustainable change across a range of areas like classroom practice, behaviour and culture, organisational management and working in partnership with others.

In-person sessions will be held at the EMAT Training Hub at Pyramus House, Grange Park, Northampton, with other coaching sessions taking place online. Dates to follow.
