An experienced education leader with an excellent track record of school improvement has joined the team at Northampton International Academy.
Fuzel Choudhury has worked in education for 25 years, starting as a science teacher in Dudley and rising through the ranks to his most recent role as was most recently National Director of Education for E-ACT, one of the country’s largest multi-academy trusts. Mr Choudhury will be working alongside NIA headteacher Dr Jo Trevenna.
Joshua Coleman, CEO of the East Midlands Academy Trust (EMAT) said: “We’re really pleased to have Fuzel Choudhury on board as part of the team at NIA. “He will be working alongside the headteacher to help the school grow and develop and will be a great addition to the EMAT family.”
Fuzel Choudhury said: “I’m absolutely thrilled to be joining EMAT. I’ve been overwhelmed by the wonderful reception I’ve received from students and staff. I really look forward to working with Jo and the full team at NIA.”
