East Midlands Academy Trust hosted a free event for schools focused on behaviour improvement on Friday 16th June.
Attendees heard from speakers including two EMAT executive heads Zoe McIntyre and Ruth Ryan, plus the Department for Education's behaviour advisor Tom Bennett who shared his knowledge and experience of behaviour management and hosted a Q&A session.
Attendees also had the opportunity to visit some of the EMAT schools that had been used as case studies during the morning to find out more and see the results of the hard work that has been taking place around behaviour management to create cultures in which pupils are motivated an determined to succeed to become the best they can be.
