As a full member of the Charted Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP), I am dedicated to ensuring employees are paid accurately, on time and securely.

I am passionate about payroll and the strategic value it can provide. I have worked in both bureau and in-house payroll settings and having worked in payroll for eight years, I pride myself on understanding employee’s needs, providing high levels of service, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and I relish the challenges of complying with rapidly evolving payroll legislation. 

I joined EMAT in 2019 and led the Trust's project to bring the payroll in-house, creating and implementing a new payroll system and helping employees understand their pay and pensions.
