I have been in education for over 20 years and have had the privilege to teach and lead within early years, primary and secondary education. 

I have been a part of the #EMATters family for over 10 years where my career has developed. I am currently an Executive Headteacher and EMAT Lead for Inclusion.

I am passionate about creating an inclusive culture for all, to support everyone to achieve, grow and be successful.
