Paul has seven years HR and Admin experience and in the past few years has worked for one of the larger Multi Academy Trusts in the UK, as well as for a local FE provider.

He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD Level 5 qualified) and works closely with NIA, Stimpson Avenue Academy, and Hardingstone Academy.
