Juliette Pierson

Head of Governance and Compliance

Juliette supports our local advisory boards, trustees and members and ensures our schools are fully compliant and adhere to all statutory policies and guidelines.

Juliette brings a wealth of experience in operations, governance, compliance and company law, having worked in both the public and private sector for over twenty years, including running her own limited and community interest companies working closely with schools and community groups.  Juliette has several years’ experience supporting trust and school governance and senior leaders and joins EMAT from the central team of a local multi-academy trust, where her responsibilities included governance support and advice to fourteen local governing bodies and the trust board, compliance, policy development and the implementation of systems and processes.
